correct sitting position

Sitting incorrectly can cause back pain. the ideal sitting position should allow 90degree hip flexion and 90degree knee flexion with the feet placed in neutral position on the floor. the back rest of the chair shoulder get up to the shoulder level. this position will bring optimal support to the body and decrease the body muscles tensing up to keep the body in sitting position.
